University Medical Clinic — Local services in Nampa

My primary care physician Dr. Mary Kerr moved to this clinic after Saltzer closed in Nampa. The transition was both seamless and transparent. My prior medical records were available. We were able to resume care from the point we left off when Saltzer closed. I know that some of these factors can vary due to patient loads and emergencies. However, here are some thoughts:

Office rating: very nice.. It’s based in a building that was originally a large home.

Office Staff: very friendly and efficient. There was virtually no difference from check-in at Saltzer. Sarah helped provide directions to their office from the center of the campus. .

Clinical Staff: The MA/nurse was familiar with my case and updated the vitals and current history.

Dr. Kerr: I have previously reviewed Dr. Kerr on Healthgrades. She is an outstanding family practice physician. I was delighted that I could continue my care with Dr. Kerr.

Dr. Kerr has been my physician for years, and has provided consistently excellent care the whole time. Her office is well organized, clean, and welcoming. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing and they truly care! I cannot say enough about this clinic. To have someone truly listen and to hear your words puts me at so much ease.
