Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nampa

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I honestly just wanted to be completely honest to other potential customers. The service here was not what I had hope it would be, and I am not too picky with service, I understand that it is tough sometimes. However, the food I ordered was not prepared correctly (burritos were not rolled entirely, etc.), the extra sauce cups we orders and were charged for were less than half-way full, and they forgot a part of my order. I went into the building to ask to get the part that was forgotten, and the workers noticed me at the counter but completely ignored me. I stood and waited to be helped for a solid 15 minutes, all the while watching the workers stare at me, giggle, walk into the back and then talk to each other in Spanish and peek around the corner to look at me. I was told I would be helped on 3 different occasions, and I respectfully accepted that, with regards to the fact that it was in the lunch rush. When a worker finally spoke to me, she came at me with quite a rude attitude (“what do you want? Have you been helped?” Type of vibe), and when I explained the situation to her she begrudgingly took my receipt to the back to go fix my missing item. It took them quite a long time to get the food back to me, and everyone in the kitchen just seemed to be annoyed with me being there. This place is a disaster. They have been closing earlier than their posted times for a while now. I called in to check what time they actually closed, in order to not waste time coming down, and they said they close at 9 (online it says 10, so there are already issues there). I pull up at 8:30, and wait in line. One of the employees comes and puts cones in behind me, indicating that they are closing the drive-thru (mind you, this is around 8:35, 25 minutes before they had told me they closed when I called). I get up to take my order and no one is responding. I ask if anyone is planning on taking my order, and a woman gets on the line and says they are closed. I ask her about why they told me they were open till 9 when I called earlier. She again says they are closed, and I could not be helped, since an employee earlier had put cones down, but they had been moved. How am I supposed to know that? It was open when I got here, 30 minutes before the time that they themselves had said they closed when I called. There are some questionable management issues happening here. Since this location reopened, the quality of their service has spiraled downward. Tonight at 8:05pm we ordered through the drive thru only to come home with half of our order. I attempted calling their number mutiple times between 8:25pm and 8:30pm only to get a fax dial tone. Wanting what I paid for, I brought the reciept with me and went back through drive thru where I was told to pull up and they'd make the missing portion of my order. Only to pull up and then be told that "there was an error in comminication and they could not make the food without the bag or reciept"... I showed the girl in the drive thru my reciept but she ws "unable" to help without the bag. Additionally, I was told they could do nothing to resolve the issue because they "were pretty backed up on orders". So. In essence, this location does not have a working phone, refuses to solve their customer grievances (unless you're willing to bring back a bag of then COLD food so they can ONLY make what they forgot) and apparently has no issues stealing funds from...
