My grandmother had them come fix her washing machine they charged her 220 to supposedly fix her machine and they told her she had 3mo guarantee on the washing machine the following day she tried using it and it had the same problem she called them and no one answered it took them three days for them to finally answer. It took another three days for them to come and look at it and they finally took it with them to their shop for about a week. My grandmother called them again and the person who she originally called didn't answer the girl she talked to said something else was wrong with it. Another two weeks went by my grandmother kept calling the store and the girl finally answered and said nobody answered her because they had covid and the store had been closed. She said they were finally gonna work on it and another week went by and they said the washing machine was fixed but they weren't gonna drop it off because the truck broke. They told her they were gonna change the washing machine rubber door seel and they never did she asked why and they ended up saying it was fine even tho they told her it was bad at first. They supposedly changed the the washing machine computer and this all started because the door was leaking. They never called to give info they really never returned phone calls all she seemed to be getting was the run around and they ended up charging my grandma another 100 dollars even tho they originally gave her a 3 mo guarantee. Read moreGifted our working Maytag electric washer and dryer pair on Facebook marketplace. They were first to respond and quick to pick up. I am happy, but I hope they disclose dryer doesn't always dry to whomever they resell to as they appear to be just a reseller and not a reparman and They responded as an individual, not as a store to my post, but that is how fb works I guess. (I noticed later she has several for sale posts listed in marketplace as an individual but with the business information in the fine print of the posts which is not searchable and somewhat misleading since I hate private posts getting blown up this way and wish we could filter out only items we are browsing for). I hope the owners manuals I sent stay with this pair.
Anyway,, we switched to gas and donated this pair.
NOTE If it doesn't dry, just try a different setting to make it work... we think it is just a sensor getting stuck on tumble cool but switched to gas instead...

They said something about one day return but after that you bite the bullet. To risky. After looking at all the dishwashers, I decided to just pay an extra $100 for a brand new dishwasher and actually have a chance to return if anything’s wrong. This place also picks up free items on Facebook or wherever and quick fixes them, to sell to you at a way higher cost. I don’t see this place lasting much longer with ripping people off.
