Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Nampa

The manager, she said her name was Athesia was terrible. She has died blonde hair fake eyelashes and was there running the front counter just now at 1:15. I couldn’t understand her when she brought the food out. I had to park even though my food was brought right to me. Was stale, had broken ranch and I order 10 tacos a large fry and a jumbo jack. She only gave two ranch and then the bag also had a broken ranch that made a mess. I was feeding 4 other kids. When we realized how little of ranch they gave I had my oldest son go back in and ask for more ranch. Athesia or the manager said he would need to pay. She clearly was having a bad day. Mind you my son is only 12. I’ve never in my 30+ years of going to fast food have had someone say you needed to purchase ranch. Let alone only give a couple for how much we ordered. We said please thank you and order thoroughly. I worked fast food when I was younger. She was terrible. When I went in and asked why she only gave so little and had a broken one in the bag and why she would need my son to purchase one. She said it was her policy. So I asked her to bring up my order and have it make sense on two ranch for a large order. She then said it doesn’t matter and gave a bag of ranch. I don’t use the word often, but she is wretched. Her look, her personality and her service all were terrible. My family eats out every single day wether it’s lunch or dinner. Won’t eat here for some time. Taco Bell is right next door. Just had a horrible experience on Christmas morning from Jony our cashier he was mean and disrespectful. I started the conversation with merry Christmas and thank you for being open he responded with just ok what do you want with a condescending tone. I said a double cheese burger he said we don't have those???? And instead of him helping me out he decides to continuing to put me down over wanting 2 pieces of meat with cheese on a bread bun. After paying, my wife notice he blacked out his name on the receipt with a black marker we asked for his name and he would not give it to us. So instead we asked for help from someone else. He lied in front of his fellow coworkers that we where rude. Me and my wife where finally able to get a another copy of the receipt with his name on it. We asked for our money back and gave them the food back because we didn't trust eating the food. When I went to order through the drive-thru, the girl taking my order was very curt and rude. I don’t know if it was the same girl at the window or not, but that girl was rude too. I work in a customer service industry, and I’ve been in it for almost a decade. I was very unimpressed with the employees working tonight. Not only were they rude, but I am furious with my order. Not only was it wrong, but it was cold and bland. I ordered medium-sized chicken strips combo. I got a large drink, medium fries and NO chicken strips. I got churros instead, and I didn’t know it was churros until after I got home, which was 20 minutes away. I was not going to drive all the way back and waste my gas and time just to complain to the manager. I already paid for the food so I was going to eat it. It. Was. Awful. Everything was cold, bland, and undercooked. I can’t eat it and I’m not going to waste 45-60 minutes of my night trying to fix it. I am furious. I will not go back to this location.
