This was so refreshing! Walking in, the space is quaint and very clean. Immediately greeted at the front by whom I believe is the manager as she was extremely friendly, personable, and attentive. She was restocking fresh ingredients while others were helping fill orders. Highly impressed by the amount of options to choose from! I always love trying new spots/food so I ordered what I could. The pokerrito was SO delicious!! I took a chance on a protein and some sauces I've never tried before, what an explosion of flavor!!!! The shaved ice with condensed milk was just what I needed after the pokerrito, the dole whip is also in close competition and I'm so glad I got both to try!!!! They also have an app to order ahead of time and it was extremely easy to navigate, customize, and order. They currently have a promotion for downloading the app [as of 8/10/24] so I would recommend downloading it! The fish is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the toppings feel thoughtfully sourced rather than just thrown on. I appreciate that they offer both traditional and more adventurous options — whether you're into classic tuna and salmon or craving spicy mayo, crispy onions, and furikake, they’ve got you covered.

The rice is warm and perfectly seasoned, and their house sauces (especially the creamy sesame and spicy ponzu) take the bowls to another level. Bonus points for quick service and super clean space. You can tell the team here cares.

Five stars for all categories for the first few months. Then the adults were replaced with kids. Originally, the bowls were so full the ingredients practically fell out when you took the lid off. Now they barely reach the top edge. Yesterday, I was charged .44 cents (???), even though I had more than enough points for a mini-bowl and that's the only thing I ordered. Wait, what? So, I went online to my account points activity. One day I was charged $1 extra for yellowtail, even though it was the one protein I could order included with the mini-bowl.
