I was a groomsman in a close friends wedding and we rented our suits from here. I do not recommend doing so, as we were met with a staff member who was rude, uncaring, and frankly incompetent.

Many of our suits did not fit correctly, and we were told that it was too close to the wedding (two days in advance) to get them altered, despite working on the timeline we were given by the staff.

The quality of the suits was fine but certainly did not reflect the “premium” price we paid. (Clearly, this premium was not applied to the quality of service we received.) The staff also had ordered incorrect pieces of our suits, and it wasn’t until the morning of the wedding that we could pick the proper ones up.

The biggest issue I take with this whole experience was the rudeness of the staff, specifically a staff member named Hoppy. This man does not have a professional air about him whatsoever - he was patronizing, made multiple mistakes without taking ownership, and made snide comments on our bodies when the suits him/his coworkers had measured us for did not fit. It’s unclear the extent to which other staff members had a role in the other issues we encountered, but everyone else was relatively pleasant and professional in demeanor.

Zero accountability was taken to remedy any of the issues we encountered, and none of the staff seemed overly concerned with making our groom’s day special.

Having been to other local small businesses as well as larger chains, I can confidently say this is the worst formalwear...

I have memories of this store dating back to the early 90s. My father, Lloyd, was a regular at this shop and many times he would visit I would be with him. While I personally never purchased much from this place, it was always a stop for my dad and I and the people there, namely Greg was always kind to me. This store was and will always be a staple of my early youth and i'm proud to have had this place be apart of it. My friends wedding used this store for his suit and all the groomsman. Let me tell you: do not come here. I understand that it's a suit rental but the suits felt cheap and none of the groomsman's suits fit right. Mine was particularly too small and other groomsmen had suits that were way too small for them. For a small business you would think that there would be a lot more care put into making sure the right sizes were brought in. Avoid this store...
