This was the pedicure of my dreams. I'm a very busy mom (hence this review is 8 months overdue). But I am beyond impressed by the quality of service, products, techniques, facility and of course Lena Rose's profound commitment to the health and well-being of their clients and Earth. When there is a way to recycle something they do. There platform has a definite focus on good quality products that are good for our bodies. Their facility (Naperville) is spotless, and most importantly for me, smells amazing! I strive to lead a natural life in every way, but I have low vision and need to depend on others to help care for my nails. Over the course of my life I have walked into countless salons and immediately left due to the odors/fumes/atmosphere. There are only amazing smells at Lena Rose. It's absolutely stunning. The service and experience is unmatched. They are kind, take their time, and are thorough. As I mentioned my first visit was 8 months ago, their products are so good and long lasting that at my pedicure today they will have to actually remove a small amount of polish from September! I plan to stay committed as a more regular customer. I'm so happy that I've finally found my salon ♡. I live closer to the city but it was so worth the drive. Best spa experience I've had in a long while. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming, the spa itself beautiful and peaceful. The facial was incredible, using the Blissoma products as requested, which I use at home. They also have those products available for purchase in addition to Laurel products (also some I use) and their own Lena Rose spa line which I can't wait to try. When I went to get a coffee at a shop next door afterwards they told me I just "glowed". The Naperville location is easy to get to from all parts of Chicagoland, and although Google maps may show some road work close by that has a bit of the street parking blocked off, there's free public parking lots less than half a block away, on both sides of the street if the street...

If you’re a clean beauty lover, care about sustainability or are just looking for a new place to get your spa services done, this is it! Jenny is so kind and welcoming and her staff is incredible. They have a true passion for taking care of people and making them feel their best. They offer such unique services ( the fire and ice facial is 🔥.) Dazzle Dry Mani’s and Pedi’s are also my go to, with the polish drying in 5 minutes and lasting me 2 sometimes even 3 weeks!
