Every time I have gone in there they have NOTHING new even though they say they get trucks in every week. Pretty sure that's a LIE. Their system went down so they couldn't ring me up. I came back in an hour and was told system still down so write your name/number on sticky note and will put it on your bag. He said they will hold it until I am back next week. When I called back the following week (i go to naperville once a week for an appointment) the manager said they haven't had an outage in a month. LIE! Then he came back to the phone saying ok we had an outage last week but we told you we'd only hold it that day. LIE! He said we called you and you said you cannot come back so put it all back on the shelves. LIE!!!!!!!!! I am done with them. I bought a rug from them that had ZERO tags on it stating what it's made out of or who the manufacturer is...just an unmarked mystery rug. That's not legal. Wish I didn't buy it. In the USA, it is not legal to sell most textile products (including clothing) at a store without tags disclosing required information. Federal Law and Required Information: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces regulations, including the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and the Care Labeling Rule, that mandate specific information be included on labels for textile and wool products. Here's what is generally required on the label: Fiber Content: The generic names and percentages by weight of the constituent fibers in the product. Country of Origin: The name of the country where the product was processed or manufactured. Manufacturer or Dealer Identity: This can be either the company name or a registered identification number (RN) issued by the FTC. Care Instructions: Instructions for at least one safe cleaning method, or warnings if standard cleaning would harm...
Read moreAwesome experience! The day I went, everything was 50% off the marked price with red tags at 70% off. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Shona, who was courteous & warm. She gave me a friendly reminder of the 50/70 sale as I proceeded to shop. I found three items that I liked - an accent chair, a wall mirror and a small pub table. I ended up purchasing only two of the three items because I was concerned all three items would not fit in my car. At checkout, I was greeted by Shona again, who ended up ringing me out - but before she did that, she was thoughtful enough to call over her manager to request an additional percentage off of the small pub table because it was marred/scratched up pretty bad. I mean, what a kind act of service! I was really taken aback because I’ve never had a sales associate go above and beyond in that way. And even though in my mind I thought to myself “this table has a lot of scratches,” I didn’t even consider asking for an additional percentage off because it was already on sale. Just wow! So the point is: Shona was great, there are a plethora of great finds at reasonable prices, and I will...

The only additional star is because the staff were all kind and polite. This was very disappointing to drive from Chicago to Napeverville for what seemed like a thrift store. Do not recommend at all. Its better you go to the original Wayfair store. A huge...
