World Market — Local services in Naperville

I was so excited when I found out that this new world market opened up on route 59! I love world market! This was is super fresh and big! I was there a week after they opened and they had a lot of employees there that were able to help me out with everything I needed. They were really nice and were suggesting all these fun things for my new house. There was an issue with my transaction and my cards wouldn’t run but the girl at the counter was so sweet and did everything to make sure it all worked and made sure I was getting the best deal out there. I really appreciated their customer service. The location is amazing. Right next to target, old navy, Marshalls and a lot of other stores. It’s super convenient to have it there. With all the fun stuff they sell there I sometimes just go there for stress relief and to enjoy all the beautiful stuff they have! Their kitchen/dinnerware section is so unique and fun. Lots of stuff to spice up...

I was at this location due to a promotion that the store was having. I was very excited to come. My daughter found a golden golem although since she is not 18 and older ; she can not participate . I completely understood this and carried on with my shopping. While I was shopping the same employee (RICK) approached me and was following me around the store and shouted at me “GIVE ME THE TICKET” . I refused since I no longer had the ticket with me and have given it to another customer. I attempted to walk away but he (RICK) persisted me with the same question and asked me to EMPTY MY POCKETS. I felt extremely violated since this is not right for any employee to ask to their customers. I came to this store with an excited energy which quickly came to an END. I went in and found the merchandise I was looking for, but when I was making purchase, the cashier could not apply the 10% first time shopper. I asked her why she could not apply it, and she explained it can only be redeemed through the bar code on my phone. Unfortunately my phone was not compatible with World Market sending the sign on for 10%, and therefore I could not get the discount. I was a little upset that there was no other way to receive it. She then said if I could find it later, I could come back and return and re-purchase to get the 10%. Not in my time would I do that, but I would like to know if there is other options to signing on to receive...
