I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the gentleman at the counter walked away when I walked in, not saying it was on purpose, however a warm greeting is always the proper thing to do. So because this is my first time there I was reflecting over the menu. So a young lady approached the counter and again didn’t speak. As I’m deciding between the regular cheesecake avalanche and the blueberry cheesecake avalanche and was preparing to ask her a question about the two, a customer who was already seated in the dining area came up to the counter, he didn’t say excuse me, didn’t say sir are you ordering said absolutely nothing just cut in front of me and began to place ANOTHER order. The issue comes in when the lady behind the counter proceeded to take his order like I literally wasn’t standing there to give my order. Normally I would’ve put them in their place nice/nasty however I just walked out. I will not spend one dime at a place that lacks the ability to understand what good customer service is. Read moreI am editing this post from twenty minutes or so ago. MY DAUGHTER IS ACTUALLY ILL AND just VOMITED IN THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING. We ordered a strawberry milk tea with Boba . For costing seven dollars for the drink I would assume that the milk would be cold . I actually am very surprised to say when I politely asked for a refund she was very rude so she can’t give a refund sorry because that’s what I ordered. It’s not that I didn’t like it. I ordered the same thing every single day several times a week: it’s a simple temperature issue here. For the sake of food safety, I would really hope that they can understand when I tell them that the milk is warm instead of arguing with me about it, I will never come back here again I will call my credit card company to be refunded. I did simply just try to explain to her that it just wasn’t cold at all and maybe just needs little more time shaken. She remained unreasonable and seemed upset that I said that it was warm.
