City Mattress — Local services in Naples

The mattress hasnt been delivered yet, so the task isnt completely done yet. Obviously you need atleast a couple of nights on it to truly guage how it is. I appreciate the 90 day grace period to try it out. But ill review up until this juncture.

I had been on a relatively new mattress for four years and had begun realizing it was on the harder/firmer side and was open to a new one and would be much softer! I know people say harder firmer beds may be better for your back, i tend to think these people dont really prioritize sleep and dont want to be in bed for long. A softer bed will cause me to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

I went on a tour of mattress stores during a certain stretch, kind of like a mecca of mattress stores. The first mattress i got into, a Europa Plush, at City Mattress turned out being the softest one i had gotten into along the itinerary and shopping circuit. It sold itself. I liked the way the sunlight shined into the store too through their windows and i flippantly added they dont even need to have their overhead lights on during the day. I had a saleswoman named Katie which i was happy about being in promotion of women in the workforce. The one thing i would provide in terms of feedback is that City Mattress should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales...

I bought my first Prana Sleep Mattress from City Mattress over 20 years ago and since that time, I've continued to buy my matching pillows as they needed to be replaced. Hurricane Ian took out my Prana Sleep mattress and I knew that the quality of my sleep was a priority so I finally came back in to buy its replacement. Just like the first time I shopped, the sales associate whose name I don't remember, noticed how I walked and asked me questions about my sleep habits. From there, he made his mattress recommendations and he was incredibly accurate. My expectations were pretty high with this recent purchase opportunity and Chris, from the Naples 41 store, did not disappoint. He was warm, friendly, gave excellent recommendations and ultimately patient as it took me a couple of weeks to come back and finalize my Prana purchase. I took advantage of the Memorial Day sale, waited two weeks for delivery and have been thrilled with the whole experience, right down to the thank you note we received from Chris a few weeks later. I cannot say enough great things about the experience with City Mattress. They have been consistent throughout the decades and I'm pleased with this "mattress competitive" market, they have kept their standards of quality and customer service with all aspects of...

I had a phenomenal experience with “City Mattress” Naples, Florida store! I had met with Ken Holzhauer the manager who took me to look at various beds for what my needs were! I wanted to go away to think about my choice’s! I did go back and Ken was off that day, but salesperson Christopher Osterhaus approached me when I came into the store! I told him I was working with Ken and I just wanted to look at my choices and to lay down again to make a decision! He said he would gladly go with me to look! This fellow was a fountain of information and what a gentleman he is! He enlighten me with excellent information to make my decision and I am extremely happy with my purchase! I am very happy to have had those two gentlemen help me and the delivery fellow was extremely helpful in the sense that with the adjustable platform how close to go up against the wall so when the bed was extended upwards your pillow would not fall behind the bed! And, he remembered me from 15 years ago when I had purchased a white iron day bed with two mattresses! I was blown away!
