The food here is so delicious and a great value!
The chips were very light and crispy and the salsa had the perfect balance of tomato and cilantro.
My girlfriend ordered a guava margarita and it had the perfect blend of guava and the other ingredients where nothing was overpowering. She also ordered the Piña Cancun which has Shrimp, salmon, onions, pineapple, mushrooms, tomato and cheese, served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, pick de gallo, sour cream and tortillas. It is served in a half of a hollowed out pineapple. She was surprised that it was so full of seafood that was perfectly seasoned for only $20.99!
I ordered the T-BONE DON TEQUILA Rice, beans, Mexican cactus (nopal), pico de gallo, guacamole, onions, stuffed jalapeño with cheese and wrapped in bacon and served with tortillas. The steak was large and perfectly rare as ordered. The meat was not overly seasoned so I could taste the natural steak flavors. The sides it came with were also bursting with flavor without needing any condiments. I took the picture of this entree with a fork so you can see how big the steak and other sides are for $23.99! I took a pic of my plate with a fork to show a scale of the serving size.
We finished off the meal with a sopapillas with ice cream and flan. The fried sopapilla was perfectly crispy with the perfect amount of drizzled chocolate and honey.
The flan had a bolder caramel flavor than we’re used to but it was still very good.
The decor is quaint and very inviting. Our server, Renato was very attentive and polite.
Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot.
We would eat here more often if we didn’t live 2...

1st ever meal at Don Tequila, hope these highlights help
Service: Attentive without being overbearing or pushy. We sat at the bar and our bartender / server was polite and knowledgeable
Drink: Tito's with a splash of cranberry was inexpensive for Naples, $9.00 ( That would be double downtown ). While most bartenders do the standard measured pour these days, our bartender did a long pour... great value. My partner loved her skinny Margarita!
Food: Pure value for the price! Ordered the fish tacos, expecting the usual Naples "Half filled taco" and was shocked at how much perfectly cooked and seasoned fish they put into the Tacos. Not only were they huge portions, each dinner comes with 3 tacos versus most Naples restaurants that only give 2. At $17.95, it was a bargain! Loved that they served the exceptionally smooth and luscious refried beans in a mini taco bowl with a side of fluffy yellow rice. The other entree, the shrimp fajitas, was huge... almost too much food! Fajitas came out perfect ( Most restaurants tend to overcook their shrimp fajitas by keeping them on the sizzle plate too long ). So much food we didn't have room for dessert.
Only disappointment was the complimentary tortilla chips... while the salsa was tasty, the chips themselves were bland and uninspired.
Ambiance: It's a Mexican restaurant... it's rustic and cute, with a bar in the center of the restaurant. Nothing fancy, but substantially more aesthetically pleasing than Chik-Fil-Et.
Definitely will be coming back to work through the menu appetizer by appetizer,...
Read morePAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL!!! I have eaten at Casamigos 5 times and have ALWAYS ordered the EXACT meal each time. Each time I received my bill, it was a few dollars more each time. Today a few friends and I ate lunch and AGAIN had an increase in my bill. The first time I ate at Casamigo the bill was $14.83 - Today the bill was OVER $21--- For the EXACT same meal I always order! I asked to speak with the manager Diego, and asked WHY their was ALWAYS an increase to the EXACT same meal I always order. He stated because I ordered a different meat for my enchiladas- which I ALWAYS do, so it still should NOT be a $6 difference. I explained to him that ever time I eat at Casamigos the bill gets higher and higher. He said when you go to McDonald's and Super Size the order it costs more---- I responded with- YES, but they do not charge me one price for a year, and then charge me $6 more WITHOUT notifying me that my custom order will cost me more. The cook did a great job. The servers did a great job as well--- BUT what was NOT handled well was the fact that Diego has NOT trained his staff to notify the customer if there will be an UPCHARGE if they ask to change something on their order. I explained to Diego that what if a customer only brings enough money to pay the bill they have been paying, THEN the bill is $6 more and they don't have the money to leave a tip for the servers??? Diego said he has been a Manager for the past 15 years in the resteraunt business--- I think Diego needs better training on how to train...
