Norris Furniture & Interiors — Local services in Naples

To be fair to Norris Furniture, my review only applies to the outlet store that I visited and is just an opinion of what I experienced. Unfortunately, the store upon entering reminds me of the scratch and dent warehouse that Rooms To Go has near their distribution warehouse in Lakeland Florida. It appeared that everything I looked at was a customer return of some sort, as an example there was a motion sectional in a grey fabric that had visible yellowish stains on the cushions *(sweat? urine? body oils?) and the motorized footrest did not function on one side. So a non- working, stained sectional is selling for the reduced price of $5500, and I would not want this in my house if it was given to me in all honesty. Every piece seems to have cracks, scratches or damage of some sort which is the reason it becomes an "outlet" piece. Many pieces are one only, such as bar stools or dining chairs, which makes them virtually useless without a mate. I understand that it is high end furniture when it is new but damaged goods of that nature and non-matching pieces of a set have very little value, if any, to most all of us. So that one of a kind bar stool that's damaged and I need two more of...

This was an incredibly positive experience and I’m no fan of furniture shopping. But Ms. Jackie Kessler was so polite, professional and knowledgeable that I’m not resisting my wife’s next trip. We are furnishing our retirement home and Ms. Kessler’s wealth of design experience and superb taste greatly eased the family room setup. Her suggestions and recommendations were all on target! We will be asking for her by name for all future trips, and we still have a few. Her patience was so appreciated because we went back and forth a few times before deciding in the final arrangement and she makes you feel like you’re her only customer. Norris has excellent furniture; high quality, fashionable and very competitively priced. And Jackie went out of her way to help us get the best value for our money. A friend recommended Norris Furniture and that was good enough for us! I should have done more due diligence! We were.... and still are ..,,,so dissatisfied and disappointed! We ordered our sofa, arm chair. , leather recliner along with Lexington end tables and console.

It is hard to imagine so many issues associated with one living room order... To top everything off the furniture is less than two years old and we’ve had issues since the day it was delivered ( cushions not fitting correctly... leather chair arms buckled and leather not stretched correctly .....screening incorrect on the print armchair After one year the end table on the inside is splitting) To use the word customer service and Norris Furniture in the same paragraph...
