I shop three locations. Kendallville is always great, as well as back home when I visit the Bluffton area. The Nappanee location has a great selection. And I have had nice store attendants. But we also had a bad experience a few months back. We weren't aware of the store hours. And came in 20 minutes to close. They wouldn't allow my husband to try on a pair of pants because "We want to get out of here, today." My husband manages a store, and was appalled at that. And said he wouldn't condone that behavior...

New manager is pretty rude and snaps at customers. Sad to see the old manager go ( not sure why she left). There were better sales with the old manager and she was nice to customers. New manager expects full price from the tester perfume/cologne bottles when they have been used or even about half full when there is no more of that particular scent on the shelf or in stock. Love this store!!! As an independent guy walking this giant rock in the universe, I’ve found that it’s best to save money. It’s def a bonus when you can save money and still look like an absolute snack of a man 🥨🍿🍟😎. Got some sweet shades for $3, 3 sweet shirts for $15 then hopped in my overpriced car that I probably can’t afford and hit the road 😎. Will be back again!!!
