Burger King — Restaurant in Nappanee

I’ve been going through the drive thru for cheesy tots for about a few weeks now & I noticed they were looking for people to work, so I filled out my application & sent it back in & spoke to two managers on shift; I never heard anything.. so I got curious and went back through the drive thru because I wanted some cheesy tots.. so as I was getting my change from one of the managers; I told him I left my information with new info and already submitted my application to the manager & the other manager said that THAT specific manager was quitting so he would have someone get ahold of me; that was 3 weeks ago. anyways, great fresh hot food but always so dang slow in drive thru and they forget orders a lot; and some people talk bad about employees to the customers. not cool! but overall good...

Went through the drive thru and my order was wrong. Went inside to address it, and two team members reached for the sandwich. I slid it across the counter, and one female team member became upset about it. Started mocking me, saying it was no reason to cry, and on my way out to me next time don't "throw" it at her. I SLID it, I did NOT throw it. When I pointed this out she yelled at me that they had a camera and she was going to tell her manager. To top it off as I was leaving one of the team members from the back came outside and took a few steps towards me before I drove away, as if there was about to be ANOTHER confrontation over a "slider". Food is good, customer service is the worst I have...

This is a standard Burger King. Inside seating is currently open. Our food was made wrong the first time, but they quickly fixed it, which is different from normal Burger Kings I've been to where nothing is quick. This restaurant does feature a playground area which isn't open currently, but I'm sure is nice when it is open. As for the food, it was standard Burger King food, nothing special. In regards to the parking lot, there seemed to be more than ample parking and the outside seemed well maintained. Bathrooms were also as clean or cleaner than I would expect from a fast food restaurant. I'd come here again if we ever came back...
