I got a tv there,the last payment did not go thru which I always got a phone call or a letter letting me know the payment did not go thru, this time i didnt get any notification. i was watching the tv and all of a sudden the screen went completely black. i got up to check out why and come to find out the tv was on and it just blacked out. i called arrons to tell them and they said they would call me back but the girl on the phone said they would probably have me bring it in and would call me with a good time to drop it off. Well my son called after two weeks of no phone call and they told him to bring it in they would give me a loaner and send the tv out for repair. Well my son came back with no loaner and they had told him the tv was paid off so i was not eligible for a loaner. i called and told them the tv had not been paid off when i called. check the caller id, the man on the phone said they could not check because they don't keep a record like that. in speaking to the manager he said he was sorry but the repair company said it was not worth fixing. There was nothing he could do,I said i just paid all this money for a tv and that is it? Sorry there is nothing the company could do? How old was this tv (that was suppose to be new when i got it) that it would do that???? i am on a fixed income i cant rebuy a tv....... and definately not from them. So now i sit with no tv and O'WELL hello wall. BEWARE!!!!! they suck you in and sell you junk only so a person can go back and rebuy. And get this BBB gives them an A+ rating so how...
Read moreI had called a week in advance to cancel an auto payment and schedule my furniture to be picked up. The furniture was picked up promptly and the gentlemen did a great job. However the payment, that I had cancelled, for the furniture I no longer had, still came out. I had to call and request that the funds be reimbursed. 2 weeks later the funds still hadn't been refunded. I called the and was told I would need to wait a few more days and Scott wasn't really sure when I would get my money back. I tried to explain to Scott that I had already been waiting weeks for money to be returned to me that I had never authorized/canceled in advance in the first place. I explained I needed the $149.99 for other bills I have scheduled to be paid that are legit and i needed the money immediately since this payment was not supposed to be taken in the first place. Scott then told me he wouldn't be scolded like a child and didn't know when I would recieve the money back it's out of his hands and then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. He was very unprofessional and uncaring, even after I explained the I needed MY money, that should not have been taken, for other commitments.
