I've worked with this company before when I had a phone screen that needed replacing so I went back again when I needed a battery replaced in a new phone.

When I got the phone back, I noticed that the screen had a hairline fracture from the upper left side to the home screen button that isn't noticeable when the screen is on. The phone went back into it's protective casing before I left the store. I called to let them know what happened and was told that if anything happens to the phone in the process of replacing a battery, it is MY liability to deal with the repair. I wasn't told about this beforehand, I wasn't given anything that said this to sign before I agreed to the repair, and it wasn't mentioned in my previous encounter with this shop. They didn't even offer to fix the screen they broke. I was told the manager is on vacation and wouldn't call me back for over a week to discuss the issue and because I left before the issue was noticed, it's my burden to bear. All I know is that I have had this phone for a year and a half, it goes in to get a battery replaced and comes back with a broken screen. Very disappointed in both the service and the response to my phone call.

To top it all off, the battery is still not holding a charge so I basically paid $70 for them to crack my screen and for them to tell me that it was my fault. What a headache!

If you need your phone fixed, this is your place, don't waste your time with those chain stores. Aside from having the best prices, The owner was knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST! Very Honest! He easily could have taken my money and fixed my phone that turns out wasn't even broken, but he did the right thing and showed me its just a protective glass covering the cameras.... I thought I need to have my glass and maybe even my camera lenses replaced on my Samsung S21 Ultra. Turns out, when I purchased the phone my T-Mobile rep put a glass protector on and that is what broke, not the lens or glass over the lenses at all. I was certain the cameras were toast. So grateful for Cell Phone iRepair. Sunday night my touch screen stopped working. Went first thing Monday to AT&T and was told one week for a new phone or go with insurance and they'll replace in a couple of days. Apple would have fixed it for $279 if they could.

I tried this place and sure enough within a few minutes I had a working touch screen (it was replaced on the spot). The price was very reasonable, the conversation very good. A couple of years ago - same phone - I couldn't get my charger into the phone (must have had some kind of junk) - he cleaned it out - charged $15.

Needless to say, I highly recommend this place over malls, Apple, your carrier,...
