When I walked into the place I was happy with the clean store (similar to the one in Manchester). There were 3 employees working and the place had 7 other customers in the restaurant. Not a single employee greeted me or inquired if I needed something as I stood at the counter. They then called a name and a customer took their sushi, so I then moved to another part of the counter and continued to be overlooked as I was looking directly at the 3 employees working. After another minute I sat down directly in front of the counter facing the employees. I saw a to-go bag in the corner and check on it... not mine. I sat back down for another 10 minutes. I watched them prep another bag with 2 sushi bowls (I could not see the name on the side from my sitting spot). The bag sat there for 5 more minutes untouched, then one of the workers looked at it and moved it to the pickup area. At this point I figured they had to know it was mine... nope! I got up, looked at the name and grabbed my bag. This was not 15 minutes past the time they said the order was going to be ready (not a big deal). I think the employee said have a good night. The bowls were fantastic, no complaints. The customer service greeting and awareness needs work. This business just opened in Nashua, they need to make a better impression than this. Other than that, the poke bowl and taro milk tea were both pretty good, though the boba was a bit overcooked/gooey, and the poke bowl had a high rice to other stuff ratio, but not the biggest deal, the sauce and fish were both pretty good.
At most places I have been like this, you can see the options and choose them, but here you choose everything before you can really easily get a look at it, which was a little urksom, because we were not sure what everything on the menu meant/looked like, so adding pictures to the menu, and specifying how many of each category you can choose would both be...

The online or in store ordering app needs a little tweaking to allow for selecting the sauce AND having it on the side (if you select sauce on the side it removes your sauce option; would also like the option of having rice separate for those of us who will eat later but like the rice warm).
