I had the unfortunate luck of having my refrigerator fail on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. I gathered as many coolers as I could muster, bought some ice and tried to save as much food as I could. Next step was the daunting task of finding a replacement fridge. I sure am glad I found Appliances 4 Less! They made the search so much easier. I walked in with my wife's list of must have and nice to have features. Whenever I got distracted by some shiny option the gentleman who was helping me quickly reminded me of my wife's wish list! I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and especially the price. Most of the inventory was essentially in brand new condition with barely minor scratches or dents. The best part of the whole experience was the delivery. The next opening for delivery was for Sunday and I thought delivery in 2 days was awesome, but when Jose heard about how I was living out of 3 coolers of ice he agreed to deliver later that afternoon. He was actually supposed to be off Friday afternoon, but decided to help me, a first time customer, instead. I am extremely grateful for Jose's kindness and sacrifice and will definitely be back when my dishwasher, stove and/or washer/dryer need replaced. Our refrigerator went down about a month ago, of course we were leaving out of a couple ice chests trying to save as much food as we could. Immediately we started looking for a replacement but prices were way too expensive and guaranteed is almost like a joke... and let me tell you, we pray and pray about it, take our time and God guide us here, I said this because we look all over Nashville. About this place and José, we can say nothing but great things, he shows us all our options, he is patient, kind and very very helpful. We take it home (they do delivery too) and we were having trouble installing the doors, we called José and without hesitation he video chat and showed us how to do it, he even offered to come to our house and help, but we were able to do it. We buy a new model LG with everything we need, wants and more !!! After spending over a week looking all over south Nashville for a washer/dryer set and fridge were able to purchase all 3 items within 5 minutes of setting foot inside the store despite no one chasing us down with a sales pitch. We had done our research but no matter where we went we were faced with unwanted sales pitches, unusual part numbers, or a lack of inventory. Jose lets their inventory and prices speak for itself. Not only were the prices the best we had come across but the part numbers matched our research making the purchase a no brainer after all the time we invested.
