Worst experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I are staying at the BNA Hilton for a day, on our way to Montana. We don’t have a rental car so are relying on delivery for food. Placed an order and after an hour, my wife called to see when it would get here. With an attitude, the manager said it would be here soon and hung up. Then the website said it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. Called back and talk to an employee who sounded extremely inconvenienced and aggravated that we called about an order we paid for but didn’t receive. I could hear the manager in the background making comments and huffing and puffing, like I just insulted his family or something. Then they proceeded to tell me I’ll receive a refund by Monday, it’s currently Friday. I asked about bringing a fresh order and he sighed as loud as he could to ensure I knew he did NOT want to do that. So now I have no food and am out the money for 3 days. We love Pizza Hut but from this one experience, It’s likely I’ll never order from there again. If this is their standard and management is content with that, then they obviously don’t...
Read moreI have ordered in store 2 times and called in carry out 1 time. All 3 times, we had issues. The 1 time I called in, the employee told me they didn’t carry what I was asking for then proceeded to tell me he had never heard of it, then stated it was online only. So I logged into my account to check. It wasn’t. It took 3 phone calls, and 40 minutes, to order my food. The other time, we ordered deep dish pizza and got some thin crust style pizza that didn’t seem like it had sauce on it. Be sure to check your order before you leave.
On our called in order, the pizza toppings were made wrong and the manager on staff realized that and made another pizza to compliment our order, which is why I am giving them two stars. When the food is correct, it is good. The customer service experience in the store is not well, and one of the ladies at the had earbuds in today- and was even carrying on a personal conversation while she was taking our order... but the drivers I’ve seen in the parking lot seem very friendly. There’s not enough capacity on the store to keep up with demand it seems, and staffing...

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Pizza Hut #103. My order was missing cheese sticks, which I understand can happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. When I called, I was told I could only get store credit since I couldn’t come pick it up. I agreed and asked how the process works, and the lady told me it would be linked to my phone number.
When I asked for her name and the manager’s name, she hung up on me. I called back three times before someone finally answered. She said her name was “Isha” and the manager was “Dre,” but no last names were given, which makes me doubt if those were even real. On top of that, I still never received the store credit I was promised.
I spent nearly $50 here tonight, and I could’ve gone to Papa John’s without all this hassle and attitude. This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I would not recommend...
