CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Just left pharmacy where I’d hoped to get a COVID booster. Was told they were given by appointment only and to schedule online. No problem, accessed schedule on my phone since there was nobody there. First available spot was 3pm. It was 9:30am. When asked why nothing was available and nobody was there, the attendant had no answer and simply referred me back online. I made the point that nobody was waiting on a shot, why was there no availability? No answer other than they must be full and have to ‘honor’ the schedule?!?!? There was a long line for prescription pickup. I had to wait about 6-7 minutes. There were multiple other people (at least 3-4) in line behind me & some of them must have waited at least 10 minutes or more. I used the app to schedule my whole family's vaccinations and it was very easy.
