I ended up getting what I wanted, but not without a bit of trouble. The two women behind the counter were not even willing to sell the display ornament to me. And they said that "All we have is out. Nothing in the back." Luckily I heard another woman say to her child that they were waiting for a woman to get the display ornament off for another ornament. I found another woman (long blonde hair - I also saw her working in the custom print area) who said she would check in the back to see if there were anymore. Unfortunately there were not, but she brought the display box and wrapped it up for me. So in the end, good customer service from one person, but not so impressed with the rest. And when I was checking out, the woman behind the counter said some BS about how sometimes they can't sell the display ornaments. ...
Read moreThe store is great, but the sales people here only give many good offer or treat American customers well. They discriminate against Asians, or Mexicans. I am Asian, when we come the store, they are not enthusiastic with us, when we want to exchange or return items they also get many reasons to refuse. Why do they treat Asian customers like that? They even talked some bad things about the customers, I was there. They have chosen a sales job, which means they have to face many types of customers, but customers are customers, why is the attitude of the sales people to say bad things...

Cashier was about to give me store credit when the older white haired woman wearing glasses said no. Then said I’d get 25% of what I paid because no register receipt. Nasty as all get out. Hope it was worth the loss of thousands in future sales. They are more than happy to take your money, but Lord forbid you try to return. This was the first time I tried to return and my LAST visit...
