The staff and service at this location stink to hog heaven. I first visited the department the home improvement department and was interested in purchasing a storm door. I asked the salesman if I could borrow his pen and he said he was sick, so I wouldn't want to borrow it, so why is he there spreading germs is my question. I next visited the plumbing department and was told someone would be coming to assist but never did and the one that was supposedly to assist me was over in another department and I told him never mind. I lastly visited the appliance department and had to wait for assistance around 15 minutes. When the assistance arrived, it was the same individual who had assisted me in home improvement that was supposedly sick spreading germs everywhere all the way over to the appliance department. I inquired about a washer and dryer set and asked if the set was available in colors other than white and was advised that if I wanted another color, someone else would have to order it and those people weren't there today. So, that's three missed sales that they lost and the motto here in Natchez is shop local. However, it seems to me the locals aren't interested in making the money if they treat you the way I was given the run around and couldn't even...

Drove an hour to get here. Talked to them twice on the phone about a price on wood. Also wanted a dryer. When I arrived I asked about the dryer and were told they had it. I went to checkout and found out the wood was 4 dollars higher a board than I was told before. Ok fine. No wood but I paid for the dryer. I drove around and handed my ticket over. 20 minutes later the guy comes back and says oh sorry we are sold out. I couldn’t believe it! So I go back in the store and ask for a refund. While I’m waiting another customer with a buggy filled with quikrete knocks it over hitting my leg. The manager says nothing. Finally I’m refunded my money but it could be 2-5 days before my bank gets it back. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen before. They have no idea what their prices are. No idea of what they have in stock. The only thing they are good at is selling you stuff that they don’t even have. I’ll never shop here again and no one I know will either....

Have been to Stine’s several times now for many different things, especially various house building materials. Yesterday evening we came in and were able to get help from Donald who was very helpful in talking to us at the water heaters. At checkout, there was only one cashier, Tracy, and she was friendly and efficient. Even when another customer came up being a bit rude about the lines stating he was in a rush, she very well maintained her composure and checked him out at the same time as my boyfriend and I. Then today we went back in to get the water heater and flashlights, and we also got great help on the floor by Johnny.

Definitely have some great workers here! Only thing I would say is they could probably use one more cashier in the evenings, especially on a Saturday evening. Only one on a Saturday/weekend at any point is a little silly honestly, but Tracy handled...
