After a few awkward minutes of trying to figure out how to seat 7 (I know, hard right?) we finally helped them figure out how to after pulling two tables up to a booth and when we ended up with 9 seats. So about the time we were ready to fix our own drinks because the drink order took a while they finally showed up with them. So we placed our order and when it came i waited about 15 minutes only to realize that part of the order wasnt coming. So i walked up to the counter AGAIN and asked if they put in the chicken order. I was told yes hold on. Then told it would take 6 minutes. So obviously it wasnt done. They offered to cook them after everyone else was through eating like that would be better. Then just as the other reviews state we had to get our own refills. Then waited another 10 minutes to pay for the god awful service received. They did discount the ticket a little bit but I would have paid double just to get out of this place. On our way out members of my family tried to use the restrooms which were out of order. So are you ready for the best part?? WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THERE! If i could give less stars i would. So many people in this place drawing a check but not much going on. Read moreUpdate: A couple of hours after posting original review. I tried one more time with the store management. I'm going from 1 to 3 only because of how nice, helpful, and sincere Miss. Rebecca and Mrs. Sarah were. Miss Rebecca tried from day one. Mrs. Sarah treated me with common sense, sincerity and worked instant magic to have my refund coming back to me soon, along with a credit for the 13 days of confusion. Those two deserve a raise, recognition, something. Thank you ladies.
(Old) From location managers to customer service for the coperate office. I have been going in circles with Pizza Hut for 13 days now. All because they Owe me $19.35 but refuse to figure out how to put the money back on my debit. I don't know what else to do besides start leaving 1 star reviews every day until the matter is settled. Then someone else comes and asks me which pizza I'm missing from my order, I said mam this is the first I'm hearing one is missing I haven't gotten any of my order to tell you what I'm missing. 5 more minutes go by and second last comes back and tells me they needed to REMAKE one of my pizzas.
