Taco Bell — Restaurant in Natchez

I think this is the best Taco Bell location I have ever visited! Superior service and food at this location.

My husband and I stopped on our way home from trip to Monroe and was looking for something open other than McD's. We found Taco Bell with cars in drive-through, so pulled in. We then noticed that there were customers inside and parked and went to eat inside. It was also nice to stop for restroom.

We both ordered, and I got our drinks filled and found a table while he waited at the counter for our food. The young man that took our order was very cordial and struck up a conversation with my husband. He asked my husband how long we had been married. My husband told him, "longer than you have been alive." The guy laughed and said probably longer than my mother! My husband told him the year we got married and said his mother was 3 then. They talked about work, and the guy stated that all of the staff there had only been working there for 2 weeks!

They kept the line moving through the drive-through, waited on inside customers with no wait time, got their orders out promptly, and also tidied up tables and floor areas when customers left. And yes, the restaurant was very neat, clean, and tidy!

The best part was the food! We had recently picked up take-out at the location closest to our home. The food was stone cold when it got home and not put together very well. I ordered the Mexican Pizza Meal at both locations, and the food looked like it was from two different chains. The Natchez location had enough meat, lettuce, cheese to fill the Taco shells. The other one did not. Just 2, maybe 3 tablespoons worth of all Taco fillings inside with an inch or more of Taco shell standing up with nothing in between. The Mexican Pizza was the same way. Needless to say it did not fill me up. The Natchez location's meal was delicious and I left stuffed! I really enjoyed the Mexican Pizza and look forward to our next trip through Natchez! This is a great location. I arrived at the beginning of the evening rush and there was a decent line of cars at the drive through.

For most locations, this means that inside service will suffer.

Inside, my order was taken quickly.

The place must have little turnover or something. The people preparing the food weren't hurried. They were efficient. All orders came out smoothly and much more quickly than one would expect.

The consistency of my order was impressive. Both tacos were exactly the same and the Mexican pizza was excellent. Even more impressive was the fact that all of it was completed at the same time.

There are Taco Bells and there are Taco Bells. This, my friends, is a Taco Bell. I'll definitely swing by the next time...

I'm pretty sure that Taco Bell only hires the people with the best personalities! Out of all the fast food places in town, the coolest employees are at taco bell. There may be a few there who aren't as exuberant, but for the most part, the employees are fun & spirited. In the past year, the food has always been good & only one of my orders was wrong - but still edible. (They forgot an ingredient on one item). By far the best service & usually with SMILES. Unlike other places, where they won't even look at you while you're handing them money. Then don't even say "thanks" to let you know the transaction is complete. I'm also going to say that they have the best fast food in Natchez. All the other places are bad in one...
