Little Tokyo — Restaurant in Natchez

Tonight was the absolute, most appreciated time we've EVER had at Little Tokyo, and they are always amazing! It's Mother's Day, and the people who work there have ALWAYS treated myself and my family with such a loving spirit, the food is always amazing! They are kind, they are fun, they are wonderful. But tonight was different. My oldest daughter has been struggling with a health issue, but she didn't want me to not have the Mother's Day she thought I deserved, so we went to my favorite restaurant in Natchez MS. Unfortunately for her, she ended up having an episode while we were at dinner, and I can't tell you how much it meant to me on Mother's Day, that SO many people were SO supportive despite me feeling I had upset the night. She was having little seizures and EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. That makes a living in that lovely restaurant, and everyone on their way out, COULDN'T have been more supportive, kind and lovely. Not only is Little Tokyo our FAVORITE place to go for the food that adults and little babes can all love... But also, they are always welcoming, always kind, they are quite simply the people you would want with you in an emergency involving your child on Mother's Day. I will never be more grateful for people of their caliber, and every person that left was so kind about my daughter. It was literally the most amazing Mother's Day gift I could have possibly received. They will always have my gratitude and I would do absolutely anything for all of the people who put that spotlight on kindness tonight. I hope ANYONE that was there tonight knows that they will always have such an important piece of my heart. You are all my absolute heros, all of you...Thank you, more than I can ever say....

I ordered $63 worth of food from this place for the first time and I will never ever order from this place again. My food was very bland and all the shrimp I ordered with my food was so overcooked...it was tough and rubbery. Were the shrimp imitation or what? Very disgusting and remember everything that looks good on a website or picture is not always good. My family and I couldn't eat the tough rubbery shrimp and bland food and had to throw everything away. What a waste of money! I called the restaurant to let them know, but the man on the other end kept saying he couldn't hear me and sounded very rude in the process. I'm sure he would've heard me if I were to place an order. The reviews for this restaurant are fake and most likely tied to another restaurant in another location. I live in Texas and the Japanese food up there, including their shrimp, are very good and well seasoned. Y'all may wanna learn from them or find a chef that actually knows how to cook or better yet bring in Chef Ramsey to help clean up y'all's mess! Terrible food and poor customer service! Make this...

This has long been one of our favorite places to go as a family. The food is great Hibachi, and the lunch specials are fantastically priced.

But the real reason to come: the service. I have been to restaurants where you'd spend half-again as much with worse service. The service here is above and beyond. An example:

Today was the first time in over a year since we came. The manager saw me walk in, and immediately started to set a spot for all five of us. When we got through to him, he remembered that I order warm sake and a water, and that my wife orders unsweet tea. He then also immediately put down our kids for two extra clear soups, because he remembered that they love it. He hasn't seen us in over a year!

This is legitimately the best place in Natchez to eat for that alone. If I could give more than five stars, I would. It is that good.
