KFC — Restaurant in Natchez

IF I COULD'VE GIVEN 0 STARS I WOULD'VE!! Ordered 12 pc beyond chicken only received 6. Requested sauce... no sauce in bag. Also ordered 2 pc. chicken with mashed potatoes and a pepper. Chicken was harder than a brick. No utensils, no pepper. Returned to window and was told they have no utensils in the store; therefore there was nothing to eat with. Employees were very rude and disrespectful. Requested a refund and was told I was messing up their drive through time and to pull forward. I was not moving until I got my refund! Employee slammed the window! NEVER AGAIN! KFC Natchez...

EVERY time I go in to get chicken, it's a 30-45 minute wait. I have sat out there for over an hour before. It's not like I even require them to make the bucket all original or all crispy. We have a family with a mix of tastes so why is it that they NEVER EVER can get one damn 12 piece bucket of chicken together especially at dinner time? Service is atrocious. Act like you are every problem in the world. The first couple times I put it down to someone just having a bad day but not every time I come in. I swear I'm almost tempted to drive all the way to Ferriday...

I have only 2 complaints. First, we were given the wrong order at the window. We always check before leaving. It was brought to the employees attention and we were given the correct order. Secondly, since the dine in area is not open how are customers who may have an issue with their order support to get it resolved? Are they supposed to get back in the long line of cars at the take out window. I bring it up because I watched a lady knock on the door carrying her order. She knocked and knocked and had not been recognized by the time she was out...
