The one thing you worry about when you leave your dog at doggy day care is the emergency. What will they do if my dog needs medical attention immediately. Cindy and her team proved they are remarkable in every way. Beau, my standard poodle managed to eat some fabric probably a day or two before I brought him for an overnight. Stayed with him until 1:30 AM and kept in touch with me the whole evening letting me know Beau’s progress. Angell kept him with huge potential prospects of surgery. Fortunately Angell found a non surgical solution and Beau is fine. Without cindy and her teams intervention my dog would have lost his life. There is no amount of thanks that can explain my gratitude. The relationship we have with our animals is extraordinary. I am lucky to have found a team of professionals that not only understands that relationship but will go out of their way to protect it. Thank you cindy and team. You are truly amazing. What a great experience for our dog, Lola. We Dig Your Dog was absolutely fantastic. We traveled for nearly 2 weeks to Europe and had to board our pet. Lola is slightly skittish, very connected to us and under 2 years old so we felt very guilty about leaving her. Prior to leaving, we met with Cindy to go over what to expect and what a typical day would be like. In talking to Cindy, we immediately knew Lola was in good hands. We received regular updates/ photos/ videos during our vacation which helped put our minds at ease. Cindy was so gracious and caring. During the week, she noticed Lola could use a little break from all the day to day excitement and actually brought her to her home for a few days. We couldn’t thank Cindy enough for the extra attention. It was literally above and beyond. Lola played so well and we feel the entire process helped her socially. We absolutely loved taking our pup, Bean, to We Dig Your Dog. Cindy and the staff were great and communicative. We could tell they really cared for all the dogs. Cindy, the owner, especially was very knowledgeable and welcoming to our pup. She gave us a tour of the place and gave lots of details on what a normal day might look like. They have multiple staff on site and provide enriching environments as dogs play (and they send occasional pictures and videos!! :) ). We are so sad to have left the area, because truly it was a great daycare/boarding experience. Also, they have an online registration system to book daycare and boarding, and offer shorter playgroups (1.5 hr or 3 hrs) which was a plus. Definitely recommend this daycare!
