Five Guys — Restaurant in Natick

Excellent food. But Guys, all 5 of you, we need to talk. Your online ordering system is pure madness and costs you a star.

They updated the app to have a button to be like "yeah drop my fries, i'll be right there", and it doesn't do anything, they still drop your fries when you get there.

To top that off, the people only call orders when they are ready like "25" or "41", and online orders do not use that numbering system at all. So you have to awkwardly be like "is my stuff ready yet?" when you already slammed the button that says "i'm on my way, make all my stuff" and then slammed another button that says "i am literally in your restaurant".

Those buttons do not do anything, the entire system is super awkward and you should ignore any and all instructions on the app, they do not matter. You should expect to wait for your fries, and you must announce your presence when you are there, like some fast food god gracing the store with your presence "oh okay, Sean is here, everyone look sharp!". They will never call your name, only their order number that you have NO...

This is a Five Guys. What was it that they used to say about McDonalds? Not the best burger you've ever had just the same burger you've always had. Apply the philosophy here; they've got good quality control, the method always is the same, and the burgers are always what I expect: not fantastic, but a good, worthy meal on the run (or when I just don't feel like cooking).

Way better than most fast food places!

I enjoy having peanuts available to take the edge off when I'm waiting for them to call my number. And I'm grateful that there are multiple options for my family: grilled cheese, veggie burger, hot dog.

Generally a solid experience with the team; never have been rude almost always cheerful and greeted me with a smile and were kind to the little ones.

Addictive burgers. Very filling !! They have nice fries (pricey though) . They always give the extra scoop of fries to make them worth the price and make you feel like you re getting a good deal. Most stores I visited were great. Zero stars rating for the NY Times Square store. It is a dump and should not be in service. Plus many people come from around the world to that area. All they see and experience is a diseased sickening store with staff that looks like they are tortured just been there and look like they wanna stab you for placing an order. My friends were adventurous to eat there. They got sick. That store should not be open for service. Other 5 guys stores I visited were cleaner and...
