If I could put no stars I would. Heard they were having a Valentine's Day promo so me and my fiancé went to take a look so that I could finally choose my engagement ring. Chose one really pretty "rose gold ring" and was pleased, but was not my size so I requested a resize. The resize was "done" but when I tried it on, it fit exactly the same. The lady who attended us with the resize was rude, claimed I didn't measure right when I did and we almost got in a verbal altercation with her because in order to get a 2nd resize I would be charged. I was not notified by that on the time of my purchase. Someone else stepped in and attended me shortly after fixing the problem, no charge which I was happy with. However, I receive my ring. It fits to the best that it could and I was okay with it. Few weeks later I notice that my "Rose Gold" ring was turning into yellow gold? The rose gold was coming off. I went back to return it they say it was a final sale. Then came up with different scenarios as to why the color was coming off? I don't want my my money back I just want nothing to do with them but they say the only way to give back the ring is by "repossessing it" which would fall back on MY credit for something I'm RETURNING for DISSATISFACTION and...

Many issues with this jewelry store. Customer service was good but once the payment was discussed they said a price I agreed but later to receive a call saying they had not changed the price to what we agreed on so I had to drive 15miles to settle a new price. The next month came along and we got a call saying they had not done it still! Even after we had taken care of it! Now they call saying my card was declined and even tho the money is there and have to drive down there once again im not happy. No compensation or anything was offered I dont know why im still dealing with them anymore I tried to be understanding because things happen but theres a limit to one can take. ...
