Epic Wings — Restaurant in National City

My take out order was ready at 9:23pm. I ordered two single meals, and as soon as we got home we realized we only received one side of ranch. It was very inconvenient for my fiancée to head back to the store, where the manager then refused to give him a ranch because the registers were closed. It was as easy as giving a free ranch to compensate for the inconvenience and to keep a guest happy. Instead we were forced to purchase ranch from Lil Caesar’s next door, and it does not taste the same. It’s crazy how they rather turn a costumer away, and make them go elsewhere, purchasing a ranch that the original restaurant couldn’t provide. Pretty good wings however staff was a bit rude, took 18min for a boneless wing meal with fries. It didnt seem that busy. I ordered korean bbq and garlic parm. The wings were pretty good but nothing to run home about. The wait and service was poor, the young girl at the counter without a name tag gave me my to go order in a bag that had sauce all over it, i asked for a new one and the second one had sauce all over it too. Not very professional, and does not give me the image that they do not care....like at all. 0 f's given. But whats worse is i came on a monday and they charged me full price for what should have been .60 wings but they didnt offer or try and upsell me on that so i ended up paying more for an 8 piece then realized...

Love coming here. Have come here for many years. Before the name change. Have come more recently though and have to say love the wings, love the service. It's a Wednesday night and it's pretty busy with online orders and dine in orders. They greet you when you enter and are attentive as you order. I saw an employee leaning over the counter a bit to better communicate with the customer. It's small details like that, that are appreciated as recently at restaurants employees look rushed, and even ignore you as your standing there waiting to order. Usually order the bone in and boneless meals. They're delicious, love the sauce and warm bread, the veggies are fresh and crunchy. The place looks...
