When Windows stopped servicing Windows 7, my computer crashed. I had just downloaded my pictures from my iPhone, hoping the phone would work faster. So since then (early 2020, or maybe late 2019?) I've just held my computer not knowing what to do. I finally called a few local places. Even on the phone their professionalism stood out, which is how I chose this business. Great guy very friendly and informative. they did exactly as I asked. bit pricy which is understandable but would hope for a bit more attention to detail at said price.

Had to modify bios on initial boot, small oversite, boot drive not set. Also I turned it in with a bit of a janky setup having zip ties holding my nvme it was returned the same way which is fine with me, but was hoping for a proper install of the new drive -lastly not a fan of the software they just throw in but again understandable if its some sort of sponsor, I get it.

Brought in an older (7+ year) gaming pc and they did an outstanding job turning it into a modern system. Good communication of what could/should be salvaged and the right mix of components that would build a good value, updated machine. Used to build my own, was a bit anxious that I no longer really have either the time or the current knowledge, but that is no longer an issue. I still understand enough to know good service, quality, and good value when I see it....
