Bill won my heart with outstanding service! I visited this lovely store for the first time, having enjoyed the Lincoln location repeatedly. After quickly finding everything I needed, I was accidentally misgendered by Bill, the manager, and another associate.

I was hesitant to say anything, as this is a small town in a conservative state.

Taking my courage in my hands, I explained to Bill that I am nonbinary, not female, and that his mistake had harmed me deeply since I am mistaken for a woman several times each day.

Bill was instantly apologetic, and his warmth and sincerity made me feel he truly cared. Instead of attacking me or defending himself, as many people do, he simply offered his humble, heartfelt apology. He said, "I'm the manager here, and I don't like it when we make this kind of mistake."

The clean, delightful, and orderly store, and Bill's kindness most of all, are sure to make this a favorite stop for me when I visit Nebraska City.

The folks that were working there were so very helpful! They have been working very hard with all the extra customers coming from Lincoln because of the fire at the store in Lincoln. Very cheerful! Their sidewalk sale was inside because it was 105°f outside. #grateful. Sat my phone down and forgot to pick it up (I do that alot) they immediately grabbed the phone behind the counter and asked what my number was and two employees helped me look for it 🥴 it was found without incident. At first I was hesitant to drive that far just for a pair of jeans he really didn't need but I'm glad he talked me into going with him. It was a very clean store, easy to find and the customer service was beyond reproach! Would not hesitate for one second to go back to the Nebraska City store again. Great...

This place should not even get one star dont waste your time working here or shopping here they are horrible to their employees telling them that they would get raises and never give them, when asked they give the employee the complete run around and the markup on the merchandise was ridiculous. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews almost all are employees that were begged to give a good review. The manager was never there and was no brighter then a box of rocks. The assistant manager was amazing and such a delight to work with and was the only reason we shopped here but we no longer will since...
