Over the last couple of months I’ve brought in several rings to be worked on and they did a good job. The last time I brought a pendant to be worked on and they said they would keep in touch and call me if there’s any issues. No calls for two weeks and when I went to check up they said they could not fix it and there would be no charge. I gave them ten dollars for their trouble and left. After I got home I pulled the pendant out of the bag and the porcelain was damaged beyond repair. I will never recommend this jewelry store again to my family, friends or the general public.
