For years their internet speeds were as advertised. I had no issues, but something happened Feb 9th... I have been keeping track at when the speeds go all the way down to 5 download... So here's what i've gathered... Feb 9th 2021 is when this network congestion issue started happening.. The internet speeds are totally normal all morning and day UNTIL 4:30PM-5:00PM right on the dot. Then your speed that you pay for (in my case it's 60 download) will no longer exist. Once 4:30pm rolls around everyday my download speeds goes down to 5.0 download, oddly enough my UPLOAD is totally normal. I stayed up all night two nights in a row to document my findings. The internet speeds are back to normal at around 3AM.
Edit: Feb 21st: It seems to be fixed sort of, ill average around 30 now... ill edit the rating and make it 5/5 stars once it is fully fixed..
Edit #2 : Feb 24th; Everything seems to be normal even at peek hours. Still monitoring my speeds each day to see if it's actually fixed, then will edit my rating.
EDIT #3 12/6/2021 - Ive had upload issues for the past 3 weeks. It's now fully fixed. I changed the stars from 1 to 5. Thank you nelsonville.
Edit #4 : 12/6/2021 - the internet was fixed for 1 hour. Now i have 0.50 upload again. Changing from 5 stars to 1. :(
Edit #5: 12/7/201 - The internet is fixed 100%, changed from 1 star back to 5 stars. Will keep you all updated if things change.
Edit #6 - 12/7/2021 - Internet worked for 1 hour. Now my download is 0.80. It seems my download and upload are switched now. My upload is normal but my download is 0.80. And now the front office wont talk to me and they keep hanging up on me :( i feel really hurt and disrespected by this. I just wanna know...
   Read moreThe staff is very nice and helpful both installers and folks in the office. There's no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime. Of the three internet providers they are the easiest to set up service with and don't require a credit check nor will they try and jam upselling packages down your throat. My constructive criticism is this: Frequent internet outages, I would say it's NOT as frequent as some complain but I do notice a trend in lengthy outages during the late hours so if you work from home late nights that's gonna be an issue. The website's log in/account setup feature has been down since it was conceived. Rather than fixing it they have us customers utilize a more lengthy bypass method. I've had to call like 5 times because ive forgotten the process of bypassing account set up/log in. . Bossman, if you're reading this, for the love of God just pay the couple hundred dollars to have a tech fix that, please!! I would probably give 5 stars if you fixed your log in. Had to go to my uncle's to watch NFL on Sunday. Called 4 different numbers of spectrum bc they kept giving me the run around. The first number I called was Neksonville cables number and no reply whatsoever. So now it's off again,this is the last straw if I gotta go thru this shit again thru Sunday and the NFL.
