I met them at the Red White and Brew Freedom Run and food truck rally, where my boyfriend and I had our two dogs, a German shepherd named Enzo and a chihuahua mix named Whiskey. My Boston Terrier, BB, and I stumbled upon this amazing doggie food truck last year at Jacksonville's downtown ArtWalk. Hannah and Nick were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. When you shop in stores you can never be sure how old the dog food actually is. Pet Wants dog food is made in small batches once per month so every kibble is guaranteed to be fresh and packed with nutrition. I do a lot of research before I feed my dog anything so we tried a sample of their food, all the ingredients checked out and we never looked back. You can't beat fresh dog food with free delivery. They actually care about their customers! Once I didn't order the food on time and they provided me with a time and place to pick it up. They have even contacted me personaly to make sure I didn't need my food delivered on an earlier date. Recently with the Covid-19 outbreak they offered to do grocery shopping for people. I don’t know where to start with Pet Wants, my fur babies Lulu & Mr.Lahey LOVE their food. I was paying almost $70 a bag for their old food, and come to find out it wasn’t even the best for them!! With Pet Wants food I know they are getting the best. Lulu actual had issues not getting enough nutrition and now since I’ve switched, she is fully healthy. I can’t thank the owners enough. I am newer to ordering, I am still figuring out how much and when! I realized I ran out of food and I placed an order that was suppose to arrive the next day, I panicked not wanting them to eat anything else,I called and the owners and they made it happen for me the SAME day. How amazing is that customer service?! I was not even expecting that. I will rave and continue to rave about how great Pet wants food is. Did I mention they deliver! & they even gave a sample of the dried salmon, my Lulu is usually so picky has never taken a treat ever but she LOVED the salmon,so next order will definitely have those treats.
