Captain Buzz is the REAL DEAL. I booked a trip with Captain Buzz to take myself and two customers fishing. He showed us a HECK of time. First off, his boat is a skinny water anglers dream - It is soooo sweet. His bad ass flats boat was able to take us way back in the creeks at low tide and show us some beautiful marsh scenery and estuaries that were postcard perfect. There's no way we could have gone where we went and fished where we fished without his knowledge of those creeks and that amazing shallow water boat. Captain Buzz put us in some areas where we were able to catch some upper slot redfish in just inches of water! It was amazing. He navigated those winding creeks and shallow waters like A PRO. His ability to guide, teach and inform us about the waterways and ecosystems of the areas we fished was so educational AND FUN! I will recommend Captain Buzz to any person at any level of angling experience because he's truly a GREAT GUIDE. He made it all look so easy, being a Northeast Florida native and fishing these waters for decades, I can assure you what he did for us was not even close to being easy. Well another 5 star day with Capt Buzz Brannon . I've been shallow water fishing with Capt Buzz for the last 6 years in the Jacksonville / Amelia Island area and it's been a real pleasure. Today we left the public ramp in Mayport at 7:30 am and by 9 am we had caught and released 20 short Redfish . Feisty little guys all on shrimp fished on 1/8 oz jig heads. After getting us warmed up we moved to the next creek where we found a school of larger reds. We kept two for the frying pan releasing the rest the largest being 25in When we pulled the plug we had a total of 40 reds releasing 38 and keeping the two. A total professional and fun guy to be on the water with. I know he runs fly fishing charters as well and believe me he will put you on fish. Almost all of it is sight fishing and the scenery is spectacular ....

Today I took a fishing charter from Northeast Angling Fishing Charters. I brought along with two business associates as we were attending a conference. Captain Buzz did a great job. He described the tides and the area for my two friends from Ohio. He also gave us some great fishing tips as well as putting us some nice large reds. He was prepared with several types of baits and more than a few good spots to share. Each of us caught multiple fish and were entertained by Captain Buzz's friendly demeanor.
