Brews is a fun place to go on a rainy/cloudy day. It's in a nice location that's walkable and bikeable from most places in Atlantic beach. The beer selection is good. My biggest complaint with this place is that they have been "out of glasses" for flights for like 2+ years. People generally go to growler filling station type places like this to try beers, so the fact that they are pretty much refusing to participate in something that should be core to their business model (flights) is a little bit annoying and one of the reasons I stopped going there as often. It's not like they stop doing flights on busy days either, I went there last week and there was one other group and they weren't even ordering and they still gave us the run around. This has happened across multiple employees manning the place so I don't think it's just someone being lazy. I guess they are in a good location and can get away with this type of meh...

I’ve been going here for years - it’s been one of my favorites due to tap options, friendly bartenders and just being a cute hole in the wall. So why 3 stars? Places like this are meant to let you sample a lot of options, maybe fill a growler, etc. so you’re going to want to try a lot of the beers. Therefore offering flights makes sense and they used to have them. Then COVID so they eased back - but every time I’ve gone since, each person working has a different excuse - our supplier quit carrying the flight glasses, they all broke, etc. Hell - go to Target and buy a few dozen juice glasses or large shotglasses. It’s not hard. Yes the bartenders offer to let me sample a bunch but why is it impossible to get a beer FLIGHT at a place literally set up and designed around that purpose?! I don’t want to sit and sample 10 options and hold up the line - I want to pick four to chill with and...

Most excellent craft beer filling station with some 40+ beers and wines. Local - Green Room, Zeta, Engine 15, Aardwolf, Ancient City. Regional - Swamphead, Cigar City, Funky Buddha, MIA, Sweetwater. National - Rogue, North Coast, Fat Head, Founders, Dogfish, Two Brothers, Southern Tier, Bells. NIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!! They sell and refill growlers and even carry several nitro selections. Friendly bartenders and 'burger night' (free appetizers) on Fridays once a month. Chef Jim delivers up some tasty treats - Chicago Dogs and Pineapple Shrimp skewers when I went.
