I felt need to share my incredible experience from a few days ago... Jeff B. from the Atlantic Blvd location in Neptune Beach was so kind the other day when I came to the store for help. My husband is in the Navy, and right after his ship left port last week, a "service engine soon" light appeared on my dashboard. Since I had always had a good experience using the free diagnostic checker at AutoZone in the past, I went to my local store with my toddler in tow to see if we could figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I used the diagnostic checker and when I came back in Jeff saw that the problem was the mass airflow sensor. He told me how much a replacement part would be, but then told me how it may not need to be replaced entirely. He explained to me how to take out a particular part and clean it. I was going to look into it, maybe watch a YouTube video, but he surprised me and went outside to look at my car. I followed him out. My son had taken a lollipop and I said can I pay for it first? Then Jeff told me he would cover it! I thought that was so nice of him, but then he went a step further. Then he went ahead and cleaned off the part of the MAF sensor himself! When I started my car, the dashboard light was gone. When I thanked him he said he really didn't want me to pay upwards of $200 if there was a chance it only needed to be cleaned, so he wanted to make sure. This may have only taken him a minute to do, but I am so very grateful for what Jeff did for me. I was so stressed out before coming into the store, and I walked out feeling so well taken care of. I was just blown away. I have been telling every other military spouse I know that they will be taken care of at Jeff's store should they ever encounter car problems. It makes me feel so good that when I walk into an AutoZone I can trust that the people there really do know about cars, and that if they can prevent you from being ripped off by a mechanic, they will do so! Now whenever I need anything for my car - accessories, windshield wipers, or even air fresheners - my first stop will always be AutoZone. Thank you...

Bought a battery less than 90 days of it going bad. Battery wouldn’t recharge. Took it back to them and the woman scanned it in, tested it and confirmed it was a bad battery. She also noticed the battery was still under the 90 day warranty. She said let me grab another one and we can exchange right now. She tested the new battery and turned out that one was a bad battery. She told me another one will be ordered and it will be in later that day.
I returned the next morning to pick it up and a balder, huskier gentleman was there to “help” me instead. He informs me the battery I’m turning in is not the same battery I purchased. The battery I “purchased” was for an 04 Blazer that I hadn’t had for 15 years. Also, this battery is for a motorcycle, not a car. I don’t know what happened since the prior day or what he saw. He refused the return and I had to leave while stating how unfair this was that their system is the problem and I have ZERO control over their system. As I get home, he calls me and says, “This Dylan? Come get your battery!” as if this debacle is my fault. I arrive and he starts mumbling off some excuse as to the issue with a very sweaty brow. I tell him I don’t really care, but I would like a new battery. He’s obviously annoyed, sweaty and agitated and yells that the warranty on this battery started the day I bought the defective battery, which leaves me a week of warranty. How does that make sense? It’s due to a “corporate rule”. If you’re selling bad batteries, shouldn’t you have 90 days from the purchase date of the specific battery? Maybe require a manufacturer’s warranty since it’s a bad product?
Save your time and money and go across the street to the other auto store. Discount auto parts is where I will be spending...
Read moreThe courteousness, professionalism, and desire to help their customers gets 10 stars! Every time I go to this location I am always greeted, and acknowledged even if they are busy and to be honest as a customer acknowledgment is so important. They have a really cool vibe in this store that I have not seen anywhere else. I think that is why I like it so much, they are very down to earth and treat you with humility.
This part is for the ladies! Ladies this is a safe location. The employees are nothing but SUPPORTIVE and will help you figure out what you need.
The store manager Brad does an outstanding job to say the least. When he helps other employees, and customers it is always ''Yes or no problem'' That kind of care is what makes a business succeed.
Vince is another employee that has helped me in the past. He is very helpful, always smiling and is a very humble person.
They have never guided me in the wrong direction, very spot on actually with the parts I needed! If you are having car trouble and need parts in a timely fashion this location is the one to go to!
I really hope this review helps others and brings out some of the highlights of this...
