francesca's — Local services in Neptune Township

Literally writing this as I stand in line, behind 2 women returning multiple garments. There are 2 employees working, and the one not helping these people is wandering around behind the counter, eating, watching what the other is doing every now and again. I had to say “excuse me, Miss” after a solid 5 minutes of just watching her wander around. Absolutely horrible. Just trying to pick up an online order, the last order I purchase from this location. I can understand being new and not knowing what to do, but at least acknowledge a customer...

Two stars because 1. previous experiences have been good and 2. they do have a nice collection of items.

Absolutely LOVE this store! They have all the latest fashions and some of the cutest clothing and jewelry. Staff is always super friendly, helpful and very accommodating! I always go to Francesca's when I'm looking for something special or just looking for something cute...
