After 6 years my MacBook Pro Hard drive and optical drive BOTH failed at the same time. I didn't make a time machine back up so I lost all my data and my operating system. Mike took the time to get to know me and the issues my computer had. He went above and beyond by not only recovering important documents I had lost but also installed a new optical drive and a bigger hard drive AND the whole operating system that I had lost! My computer amazingly works like new again and is very fast with the new 2TB SSD Mike installed. Faster I think than when it was new. Mike even ordered new foot pads that had broken off my computer years ago. He really went over my computer thoroughly and carefully and saved me thousands from needing to buy a new computer. I took my 2011 iMac to nCity Macshack when the screen went dark with vertical blue lines and it would not reboot. Mike, the owner, took a look at it right then and, within a few minutes, he diagnosed the likely problem as a faulty video card. Here's the best part: instead of hitting me for a large service cost, he checked online and found that my particular problem was covered by a "quality program" by Apple. We called Apple right from the shop and I made my appointment. Sure enough, Apple confirmed the problem and repaired it at no cost to me.
