Starbucks — Restaurant in Grass Valley

Update: I was willing to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. It started while the drink was being Blended. They picked up the cup and showed it some love with some Caramel 😍😍😍 I felt my mood change from a pick me up to excited delight. Knowing I had a great treat to look forward to the dopamine boost was primed and waiting for that first sweet, warm and cold sip. Very very pleased with this time. Will include old review to show that there was an issue and you can see the difference 🥰

Original: After waiting 20 minutes + for my Caramel Frappuccino I was given what I could only describe as a basic Frappuccino. They quickly took care of a drink order just before mine and made mine and then one person wondered off leaving one to deal with the counter while my drink just needed the Carmel and the lid. Not great compared to other Starbucks, at least on this visit. Only a couple seated customers inside, but very busy at the drive up. My order was taken pretty quickly, but a long wait afterwards because everyone was focused on the drive up window. I only ordered one standard frappe and waited over 10+min for it. One other person came in after me and she was still waiting when I left. I had time to shop the shelves, use the restroom, and still came back and stood around for a while. Watching all the drinks go out the window.

Made small talk to one of the girls there about seeing her drunk at the bar having a good time, I wasn't flirting and I wasn't being negative, but i guess she took it wrong. Next thing I know the manager is telling me that multiple girls there are accusing me of saying inappropriate things and in order to get coffee there I have to be escorted by a Safeway employee. That lasted for almost a year. That ended 6 months ago. Most of the original girls don't work there anymore.
