As a former student who is now out in the real world, I can proudly say that I went to Ross to further my life as a nurse. Most people go through college and can't wait to leave to be in the field. But it was a bit sad leaving Ross. From the staff and the students. To the amazing things you'll learn. Staff: The staff here is hands down amazing. Coming from another medical school, the staff at Ross actually care about you. Not just as a student, but as an individual. It surprises me how even substitutes remember you and talk to you also if they e known you for ages. Being a smaller school, it's impossible to not grow in friendship with your peers and professors. Each teacher offers a different feel. From laid back and funny, to energetic and excelling. Yet at the same time, every teacher offers real experience. These aren't people who have been in the field years ago, rather they still are! Coming from a larger school that had professors that didn't care, Ross professors don't let you get behind. If you don't understand it, they'll have get you to click. Students: Sadly for me, my time here has been short of students. But every student I've met gives off a positive, and good vibe. Everyone here actually wants to be a nurse and is fascinated to learn more. It actually is sad when the time comes for a veteran student to leave. The program: the program here is nothing impossible. For me, it wasn't a difficult program. I graduated with over a 3.5 gpa and never had issues. This isn't a school that's gonna leave you up until 3 am doing stuff you don't understand. Most of it is completed at school, but everyone works at different paces. Most of what you learn is hands on. From injections and blood draws, to ekgs and urinalysis. The cool part is how you do everything on eachother. No plastic dummy's. Surprisingly, there wasn't one day I dreaded having to go to school. And I'm saying that being I live 30 mins away (with traffic that took a while hour to get through). I always was happy to go. If I could give this review over 5 stars, I totally would. I highly recommend Ross to anyone who wants to get into the medical field. From the great atmosphere and amazing people and the sheer awesome time I had here, it Is worth it. Note: the only downside is you'll wanna come back. And I'll admit I've popped in to say hello and lend an arm for friends for blood draws. I'll admit most former student...

ROSS: Self-confidence, accountability, structure, self-esteem, accomplished, & remembering, WOW, I really am this smart. My experience at Ross, was/is far beyond what I expected planning my life goals/ create a stable future.
Not only is the staff at the New Baltimore location just amazing at their job as they create lifetime careers' & empowering individuals but if you find yourself struggling with life in general I guarantee it will affect your school work/ education, possibly to the point of losing everything you work so hard for. HOWEVER, If it weren't for the VALUABLE instructor's at New Baltimore Ross Medical, I wouldn't be in the Graduating Class 09-2020. Ross didn't just educate me in the medical field giving a diploma or career. Ross brought out the best parts of me that were dormant. Thanks to Ross I have growth, confidence, great self-esteem, OPPORTUNITY, success, & best of all ; they planted this seed & that's the most important part. As my seed grows, I grow, my success grows & loving me grows ever more because I know I am worth it.

Read moreRoss Medical wasn't something I ever thought I'd enroll in. Never crossed my mind until my older sister mentioned it. I went for a tour of the campus, met some of my teachers and the campus director. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Which was only the beginning. My time spend at Ross medical was the best and hardest 7 months. They pushed me to learn, and to believe in myself and to show me i can achieve what ever i wanted. My clinic class was very hands on, and helped me learn what i needed to, to continue it until i got it perfect. My Admin class was hands on and very attentive. Helping me when i needed it and each class we had a tutor to help us if we were struggling. No question was a stupid question. I am now a graduate of Ross medical, with an amazing job they helped me receive. I'm going to take my CMA exam soon and i can come back to campus and study and get any help i need. Knowing even after i graduated I'll always have Ross teachers and classmates to go to throughout my career is so comforting and such a blessing. I'd...
