Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Baltimore

Ordered a large square deep dish supreme and the Italian cheese bread. All together we paid $21 and some change. I am so angry with everything about this experience tonight that little Caesars have lost my business for good! Let me tell you all about this. First of all the square supreme i ordered came home round. We also wanted the pizza well done that came cooked still floppy and barely warm. Toppings were good on about 3 of the slices and the rest of the pizza it was very little and far apart. I asked for no sausage but instead if I could just substitute it with more pepperoni and there response was that it would of been a specialty pizza and about $4 more! Had to pay another $1 for pizza sauce that doesn't come with the cheese bread? Seriously?!?!?! Little Caesars are you kidding me right now?!?!?! For this same amount of money I could of went right across the street to Hungry Howie's got my square well done supreme pizza with no problems at all and that's exactly what's going to happen...

Not my first choice. Been this way for years. So I decided to order "delivery" and this is how our "pretzel" pizza came(my daughter use to work for this company down the road so I know for a fact that the pretzel crosses created with like baking soda water or some crap like that) BUT THIS is definitely NOT the pretzel pizza. And then I was going to do a two-topping pizza but then I seen they have an extra most bestest sausage, I'm not a fan of sausage pizza but my little one is so I got it for her and this is what extra most bestest looks like in their opinion when it should have been at least double sausage?!? Such poor service tonight. It literally made me come here to make a post and I'm only doing three stars cuz it still...

Found a hair in my food and was furious. However, i remained calm because these things happen sometimes so i called and requested to speak to the manager expecting to have a smooth call and maybe be able to get a refund or a new pizza(considering i hadn't eaten any of mine). The manager named Cody answered and was very rude from the start. He basically told me i was lying and he tried to say it was my hair and somehow it was my fault, but my hair is brown not blonde so i knew it couldn't be mine. I feel i was polite throughout but the managers behavior was unacceptable and he was unable to take responsibility. I don't blame any employees for this experience but management at heart needs...
