Not sure if you guys hired a brand new staff but they are extremely unprofessional I went to the drive threw to pick up my proscription and had a question about my insurance the first time the women at the window heavy set , caucasian with glasses told me that I should have came in if I had these questions Due to the fact of me holding up the line. When I got the prescription sent over my insurance stated that it covered so obviously when I went to the window I did not think there was going to be a problem until I started having a conversation with this woman. Now she doesnât know if Iâm in a wheelchair if I have no legs or if Iâm on able to walk but because it was an inconvenience to her she thought it was appropriate to have a comment about me getting out of my car because she had to look up my insurance. Due to the fact of me holding up the line( their was one car behind me ) and I also waited in line just like everyone else . The second time I went in to pick up my. Prescriptions I had called in advance to get it refilled so I wouldnât come in counter with the same issue the first time , on the phone the lady stated which was the same exact person that it would take a few hours I Asked her how long and she stated it would take about an hour because they didnât have it in that store. When I came to the window she only gave me one of the prescriptions, when I asked her where the second one was she lied and told me that she said that it wasnât Going to be in for 24 hours. Now it wouldnât be an issue even though thatâs not what she stated on the phone itâs the tone in this ladyâs voice and the attitude she has at the window itâs extremely unprofessional and if youâre working with people in general even if you dislike your job you should try to encounter every individual with respect. This will be my last time going to the CVS I will drive far to get better...
Read moreDon't go to any CVS. They don't take phone calls, you are forced to leave a message and they don't call back. This is a new policy. If you want to go to the drive thru good luck. They close it randomly and you're forced to go in. Now if your not ambulatory like me (my wheel chair can't go in my car) you have no way to contact the pharmacy because they don't pick up calls or return messages left and the drive thru is closed. These practices by CVS are discriminatory and against the disabled community. Oh and if you have Covid and expect to get an antiviral from CVS forget it. Not one CVS in the city or surrounding areas carries it. See how much CVS cares about the community! Walgreens does along with most pharmacies in the area. Trust me it's been a 2 day ordeal and with no drive thru and no phone calls accepted or returned by CVS it was a nightmare. I've been a customer of CVS for 15 years but because of the continued incompetence lack of drug inventory and discriminatory practices I won't be for long. I would like to add that most staff at CVS their hands are tied. This is all on Corporate CVS who don't care about their employees or the...
Read moreWhere do I start on how awful this store is? Everything is locked behind glass. EVERYTHING. There are never enough employees around to open things and get it for you, so I give up and just leave usually. The dumpster behind the store is always overflowing with trash and contributes to the city's rat problem. You can watch rats scurry around all night and even sometimes during the day you see them there. Eating the trash that is all over the ground near the dumpster.
I'd like to add a note that the employees here are usually friendly and competent. I do not want this review to reflect on them poorly. But it's clear the CVS as a company does not care about this store and does not care about being a good neighbor to the community it is located in. I realize it is in a poor run down neighborhood but that is not, in my opinion, an excuse for the store to be in such an atrocious condition at all times. Nothing is done about the people asking for money outside too, which is constant. Please do better than this CVS. Your stores in Boston and suburbs are...
