I’ve never had such terrible client experience. They will never get another penny from me, I went to return an unworn item with the receipt and they would not accept it. I waited two months for a product that I purchased for Father’s Day just for them to tell me they didn’t have it still and that they can offer me a different product than the one I paid for. The owner wouldn’t accept my return and told me to take her to court for the refund. She then reimbursed me for ONE of my items with cash when I stated I wanted it on the original for of payment. Another inconvenience. She then proceeded to speak about me in Portuguese not knowing that I also speak and 100% understand Portuguese. So many people have advised me to not do business here but I chose to develop my own opinion. I should’ve taken their word, this place does TERRIBLE business. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
