Though the photos are high quality, the prices are way too high, especially because you don't receive digital copies of your photos. The customer service is next to not existent, I tried calling twice and emailing countless time now, and I can't even leave a voicemail, I have to wait for someone to call me back to talk to someone. My senior photos were taken in late August, I sent in my choice for a package in early September. It is now mid-november, and I haven't received anything at all from them. The option for environments for the photos are extremely limited, as you can only take them at their studio. They are not responsive and I'm disappointed with the overall experience I've had-and am still having. 99% of their customers go because they are the only allowed photo service for senior photos at most schools. Couldn't tell you why, because their photos aren't that great. They photoshop photos, not just normal editing. They made me tanner, edited the color of my eyes, and made just made me look different. I suppose if this is what you are looking for, then this is good for you. I personally believe the last thing they should be doing to teenagers is making them feel as though their appearance isn't enough. Received ONE 8x10 picture of my son for his 8th grade graduation for $30. Not worth that amount. When i called to get a timeframe on when I could expect the picture the woman gave me and attitude and told me "We are just the go between." and told me could be the middle of September; the graduation was June 13th. Considering my check was made out to them they are not the "go between" they are the responsible party. They captured every child in the receiving line, which is not what I wanted a picture of, if I did I would have just taken the picture myself.
