Borrego Fine Jewelry and their team took care of my every need for a custom heirloom piece after my firstborn child this year. I was looking for something stunning. Something I could pass on to my child one day. Bob Borrego met me personally and helped guide me to a fantastic piece he had custom made for me.

I'm so thankful for Bob, Todd, Jackie, another gentleman I forget to say his name and all his staff. They are wonderful. Everyone I met with treated me with utmost respect and dignity. I feel like part of their family when I visit. They greet me at the door every time and make me feel absolutely valued as a customer.

Thank you again for helping me get something that will last a lifetime, has amazing value, and makes me the light of the crowd when I wear it. I see people already looking at my pendant and chain with awe. I don't like to be flashy and the piece is so classy. Bob even gave his personal input on how to make the piece even better than what I asked for and I know he will help you with a similar outcome.

This is what I get for trying to give local business my support. Don’t waste your time. Go to Ernesto’s.

This place has horrible communication and customer service. I have been calling for a month and a half to get an appraisal on two, 130 year old, pocket watches. Each time I call I am told ‘our appraiser is here every other Monday and he isn’t here today.’ So I call again. ‘He’s not here’. I call again. ‘He’s not here.’ Finally, I call again today and I am told ‘HE’S HERE!’ So I skip work and my other duties that were planned so I can finally drop off these family heirlooms. Drive over, sit in the lobby awkwardly, and when I put my watches on the table I’m met with pure confusion. She asked ‘did someone tell you there was an appraiser here?’ I said ‘yes I’ve been calling for a month and a half and finally today they told me he was here.’ She looks confused and asks her coworker if ‘she told someone (appraisers name) is here?’ The coworker said ‘No! I didn’t say that!’

Idk what they had going on but I am so tired of being given the run around. No one wants to communicate properly and I was met with a ‘well you can leave these here for a week.’ Hahahahah yeah right.

Borrego Final Jewelry truly deserves all of their 5 star reviews! We walked into the store and were greeted immediately by the owner, Bob, and he was so warm, welcoming, and instantly made us feel right at home.

I was in a fragile state and holding back tears due to a horrible experience I had received at another jeweler with my heirloom piece. Bob was so patient with me and took his time explaining everything I wanted to know and then some. He even showed me around the store and went into detail about their processes to ensure me that I was in the right place given my precious experience elsewhere. He took the time to get to know us and also found us exactly what we were looking for.
