Elixir Coffee & Tea — Restaurant in New Braunfels

The only reason I ordered from Elixir Coffee in the first place was because I was in line for a car wash and a gentleman in an Elixir hat was going down the line, asking people if they needed anything while they waited. I respected the hustle and the dedication; seriously, that kind of initiative deserves recognition.

BUT let me tell you— the drinks this place serves are next level! That day, we ordered an Iced GOAT (not too sweet, absolutely perfect level of sweetness). It tasted like horchata mixed with coffee—DUDE, AMAZING. We also tried an iced Lotus energy drink that was flavored like sonic ocean water. Man, that one was packed with flavor and so refreshing.

Since then, we’ve tried their Italian sodas, breakfast items, and just about everything in between. Every single thing has been spot on.
