Unethical. Unprofessional. Incompetent. A friend placed an order online to be delivered to me after my mom's passing. I didn't even know about it until Petals to Go contacted me - so they had my name and phone number. The lady I spoke with asked for my address (which I gave and spelled out) and we set up a delivery time for late morning the next day. No one showed up by 1 the next day so I called. Person I spoke with knew nothing about it. Couldn't find anything. Asked to speak to manager. He found the flowers (had my mom's name on them instead of mine) but they didn't know where to deliver them. I told him his business had contacted me the day before, so they had my name, number, and address. He said he had no information and - surprise - the person who took that info wasn't in today. So I guess they were going to toss the flowers and keep my friend's money? And this manager - no apology. Just excuses. "I wasn't here. It wasn't me. I didn't know about it. Read moreI do not enjoy giving poor reviews but I have to share this. I am looking to order floral arrangements for my wedding and I sent Petals to Go an inquiry requesting a quote. I listed all the things I am interested in purchasing and I also let them know that I am on a tight budget. They responded to me by email, letting me know that what I’m asking for is well above $7,500 and if I could “afford it”, they would move forward with preparing a quote. I wasn’t offered a consultation to see where I might apply my budget and work together to make my budget fit. I even told them I was thinking of DIYing some of the things to stay on budget. I didn’t say I had no budget, I said I had a tight budget. This shop lacks good customer service. Any good shop owner would have offered to have me come in to discuss my needs and they would have still made money from my order. Oh well! I guess I’ll take my little $5k...
Read moreAfter they lost my online order I called and placed my order over the phone. It was a very simple order; 3 roses with filler flowers, 2 pink and 1 red, wrapped up together. When I went in to pick it up they had 3 individually wrapped roses. They took it to the back to fix it and came back with two roses in two separate vases and the woman had a terribly rude attitude towards me when I told her that is not at all what I needed. They took it to the back again and finally came back with the correct order except it was thrown together and only wrapped in a white piece of tissue paper with a bow tied around that looked like my 5 year old could do.
